Info:

The Tudor Submariner 76100 is considered to be a transitional reference, only produced for a little while in the between 1989 and 1991. It only existed with a date (while the Submariner family usually also included a no-date version), and came with a distinctive hour hand, in a “lollipop” shape departing from the traditional Mercedes design. The serial and reference numbers are set very slightly to the right side between the lugs and this is thought to be a trait of the lollipop model. Another rarity on this piece is that between the first and second series there is a small difference on the dial in that at 6 o'clock the writing is T SWISS T, but then for the later Mercedes hand version of the 76100 it becomes T-SWISS-T, a minor but important subtlety. The dial exhibits the traditional triangle-shaped indexes, painted in tritium. The rest of the watch displays the solid Rolex engineering we love, explaining why the case, crown and case back are engraved with Rolex logo. This is a rare diver with a very cool look and believe it or not it's much rarer than the 9411/0 Snowflake.
