Reverse Panda black dial signed HEUER with short facetted hour markers with the original lume dot plots, three sub dials with their original hands, SWISS MADE inscribed either side of the hour recording dial. Calendar apertures for the day and month with an outer concentric date ring indicated to by a white painted hand with a red crescent pointer. |

All original hands, steel baton hour and minute hands with original lume showing a good green under UV, original finish for the chronograph and sub hands. |
Movement: |
Calibre 82 C movement stamped Heuer-Leonidas SA Swiss on the curved bridge. |
Strap: |
Together with the original Gay Frères double beads of rice bracelet with the original HEL end links, the deployant clasp is dated 4/65 |

This watch had only one precious owner, at the time he was serving in the British Royal Navy in Cyprus and bought the watch from the NAAFI Stores in 1967. He kept the original invoice because he knew it had to come back to the UK through customs and the original paperwork was important to avoid being charged unnecessary import duty. The watch also comes with two photographs of the owner taken when he was wearing it whilst serving in the Navy. |
